Fruit trees !!!!

We received a huge blessing this week. My mother in law ordered us some fruit trees and this weekend the Apple trees came in. Now mind you I have never grown fruit trees before so this is all new to me. After some research we went out with the shovel  and started digging.

Maggie even decided to help. 

I was so happy it had rained recently because I really didn't realize how big of a whole I needed. 2 feet deep was a lot harden than I imagined. 

So after a whole lot of digging  I  had 2 beautiful apple trees planted. 

While laying in bed that night I got to thinking. Well worrying really, but all I could think was how frustrating it would be in someone ran over my new trees. I decided they needed posts that were painted light to place in front of them. So the next night my daughter and I spent the evening painting some signs to go on the posts. The end result ended up being beautiful and I am so glad I thought of it.
